TURBOVAC i/iX
The TURBOVAC i / iX series is a modular line of turbomolecular vacuum pumps. With the integrated drive electronics (frequency converter) it forms a single unit.
TURBOVAC Mechanical Rotor Suspension
The TURBOVAC turbomolecular vacuum pumps with mechanical rotor suspension are used in the pressure range from 10-1 mbar (0.75 x 10-1 Torr) to 10-10 mbar (0.75 x 10-1 Torr). Pumping speeds for air vary from 35 l/s to 2400 l/s.
TURBOVAC MAG DIGITAL
The TURBOVAC MAG turbomolecular vacuum pumps with magnetic rotor suspension pressure range from 10-1 mbar (0.75•10-1Torr) to 10-10 mbar (0.75•10-10 Torr).
